- Artists must pay a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure their performance slot.

- If performance videos fail to meet our criteria, the $50 deposit will be refunded.

- Artists are responsible for submitting all required materials, including videos, bios, and promotional

content.

4. Ticket Sales and Merchandise

- Fans can purchase tickets and merchandise through our platform.

- Artists are responsible for providing accurate pay links, QR codes, or other payment methods formerchandise sales.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use our platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

- Submit content that infringes on third-party rights or violates intellectual property laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs provided by Pulse Virtual Performances are protected by copyright

laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pulse Virtual Performances is not responsible for:

- Technical issues preventing event participation or ticket sales.

- Loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
