At Pulse Virtual Performances, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our artists and fans. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for deposits, tickets, and other transactions.
1. Refund Policy for Artists
1.1 Non-Refundable Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to secure an artist's performance slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the performance video does not meet the required criteria.
1.2 Criteria-Based Refunds

If the submitted performance video fails to meet our video or quality criteria, the $50 deposit will be refunded to the artist.
1.3 Cancellation by the Artist

Artists who cancel their performance after submitting a deposit are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy for Fans
2.1 Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used tickets.
2.2 Event Cancellation

If Pulse Virtual Performances cancels an event, fans will receive a full refund for purchased tickets.
2.3 Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties experienced on the fan’s end, including internet connectivity issues.
3. Merchandise Sales
Merchandise sales are managed directly by the artists. Refunds or exchanges for merchandise must be handled through the artist or their designated sales platform. Pulse Virtual Performances is not responsible for merchandise transactions or disputes.
